Opening hours
Skycity Queenstown casino is open every day between 12am and 1am except on Christmas Day, Good Friday and Anzac Day when it is only open between 12am and 1pm.
Dress code
The same dress code applies at all SkyCity group casinos, including the Queenstown casino. This means that proper clothing is a requirement. You will not be admitted with torn or dirty clothes. No hats, sunglasses or caps are allowed. Nothing gang related, no safety clothing and no sandals or flip flops are allowed.
If someone is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, threatening or causing trouble with customers or staff then Queenstown will take the necessary steps to stop this.
Age limit in the casino
The age limit is very strict at Queenstown casino. You must be at least 20 years old to visit the casino. Should you be caught in the casino when you are under 20, Queenstown will file a report and also ban you from the casino for 2 years.
